Description
This second version of the Blind Tiger, unlike the first, is not made from malted barley.
Ingredients: juniper berries, coriander, grains of paradise, angelica root, iris root, lemon zest, bitter almond, lemongrass
Taste & aroma: A soft, sweet nose with juniper berries, quite spicy with fresh floral notes. Clear juniper berries on the palate, and the floral notes are also present on the nose. Quite spicy with a touch of coriander.
Garnish: juniper berries, Tasmanian pepper berries, sprig of lemon verbena
Tonic: Schweppes Premium Mixer Ginger Ale
