A beautiful creation by Joanne Moore, master distiller at G&J Greenall, and proof that even venerable London firms with 250 years of experience are eager to innovate. Inspired by the scents of English gardens and the countryside, Moore reduced the alcohol content to the European minimum to preserve the delicate citrus aromas. Bloom Gin is aimed at young people who are still exploring the world of gin and contains sixteen botanicals, with highlights including chamomile, honeysuckle, and pomelo.

Ingredients: chamomile, honeysuckle, pomelo

Taste & aroma : Sweet, floral, and very approachable. Juniper, pomelo, and honeysuckle are clearly evident, while the chamomile is very subtle. A hint of pepper in the finish.

Garnish: Pomelozeste and ananasstrawberry (a white strawberry that tastes like pineapple).
