Aviation Gin is a delicious London Dry Gin. This American super gin is immensely popular and a favorite among experienced gin drinkers! Since 2005, Portland, USA, has been offering a gin that originally evokes the Aviation cocktail: gin, tonic, and martini. It offers a different sensation than dry gin. You might expect it to have a spicy bite, like Monkey 47. But on the contrary, the aroma remains very warm, smooth, and sensual.
