Brooklyn Gin is a small-batch gin produced in New York using freshly hand-peeled citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper berries. This artisanal method allows the essential oils in the juniper berries to develop more effectively than frozen or dried citrus peels. The fact that they can only produce 300 bottles in three days is testament to its small-batch nature.
