Copperhead developed this pickled gin in collaboration with Marian Beke. It will make the perfect base for a Gibson Martini, among other things. Selected botanicals include juniper berries, cinnamon, mustard seed, dill, pepper, bay leaf, and, of course, pickles. The addition of an 8-year-old gin creates a beautiful finesse, with the acidity of the pickles adding an unexpected twist. It's already clear that Copperhead gin will introduce a never-before-seen flavor combination, allowing for highly original cocktail combinations. The creative force behind The Gibson Edition of Copperhead gin is Marian Beke, a legend in the bar industry who has won numerous awards worldwide. His creativity, leading the cocktail scene, seems to know no bounds. Marian Beke, of Slovakian descent, currently works at the award-winning London speakeasy Nightjar. He gives workshops worldwide and provides numerous training courses for advanced bartenders.
