Description
The whiskey makers at Midleton Distillery have dipped their toes in the water again (don't worry, that's figuratively speaking) and created Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition – a blended Irish whiskey finished in craft Irish Pale Ale-seasoned barrels.
Taste & Aroma: Floral aromas with µ, spicy hops, citrus notes of grapefruit with subtle orchard fruit, complemented by wood shavings and a hint of nuts.
On the palate there are flavours of hops and light citrus with sweet herbal accents and fine spicy notes.
The aftertaste is soft with the taste of barley grain.
