Don Papa Baroko is matured for several years in ex-Bourbon American oak barrels in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon before being blended for a rich, smooth finish. The resulting blend showcases the original spirit of Don Papa – bursting with citrus and vanilla on the nose, it is full-bodied with notes of candied tropical fruit and honey, and has a long, bold finish with dried raisins and a hint of toasted oak.
