Don Papa Sherry Cask Rum is a unique rum from the Philippines. This rum is aged in casks that previously held sherry, creating unique flavor accents.
The rum is made from sugarcane from the island of Negros. After distillation, the spirit is aged in American oak barrels for 4 to 12 years. The final touch is additional aging in sherry casks, which adds subtle notes of raisins, vanilla, and oak.
