A high percentage of Chardonnay grapes consistently defines the style and personality of Laurent-Perrier wines. The words "pure, fresh, and elegant" best describe the spirit of the House and the wines it produces.
ASSEMBLY AND WINE MAKING
Only the must from the “cuvée” is used in the composition, which is only 80% of the juice pressed from the grapes.
Grape varieties:
Chardonnay 50-55%
Pinot Noir: 30-35%
Meunier: 15-20%
+ reserve wines: 20-30% to ensure perfect constancy
to ensure the style.
Crus: no fewer than 100 crus selected by Laurent-Perrier were used in the composition of “La Cuvée”.
"La Cuvée" undergoes an ideal aging process in the cellar. The resulting balance and freshness allow for minimal dosage.
