The main ingredients are grown in the United Kingdom: between May and June, elderflowers are picked in the English countryside, specifically northwest of London, in the Cotswolds. A romantic region full of rolling hills and, consequently, blooming elderflowers. Elderflowers are attributed with prophetic powers.
Fever-Tree Elderflower is the perfect pairing with gin, vodka, or in a cocktail. Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic is a floral tonic with no artificial sweeteners or preservatives. The quinine for Fever-Tree is sourced from Congo, where the purest quinine is produced.
The tonic has a unique, fresh character and a very smooth flavor. Clear and unmistakable floral aromas.
