Description
The Spanish Gin Sea was created by renowned sommelier Manuel Barrientos. Its distinctive character comes from the five-times distilled spirit, which is sourced in England. It is then seasoned and further aged at the small "Hacha" distillery in Amurio, Spain.
Ingredients : juniper berries, coriander, thyme, liqueur rice, peppermint, licorice, cardamom, oranges and lemons.
Taste and Aromas : The aromas of Gin Sea have a maritime character, supported by hints of wild mint, chamomile, and licorice. The flavor palette includes cardamom and chamomile, delightfully combined with a sweet orange note. The aftertaste has a light peppery note.
