Description
The Cuberdon is a legendary treat from Ghent. Sink your teeth into the sugary crust and you'll immediately taste the delicious liquid filling with aromas of raspberry and red berries. The cuberdon was discovered by chance by pharmacist De Vynck in 1873. Since then, cuberdons have been available in all sorts of colors, flavors, and sizes. To this day, this regional product remains a favorite of everyone who visits Ghent.
Holy Water Lampone Gin is an ode to the cuberdon. You'll taste its refined flavor combined with juniper berries, coriander, cardamom, orris root, orange zest, and lavender from Sault. A unique taste experience! The cuberdon is subtle on the nose and clear on the finish, without being overly sweet.
Serve with a frozen cuberdon and Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic to complete the experience.
Perfect as an aperitif or with dessert.
