Blue Gin 43° 70 cl

The Blue Gin Vintage was created by Austrian master distiller Hans Reisetbauer in 2006. Don't be fooled by the name or the image, the gin's color is crystal clear.

Blue Gin is a distilled gin, and the distillation process is quite unique. During the basic distillation process, the "Mulan" grain and corn are processed along with 40% alcohol and distilled in small copper stills. In the next step, in addition to 96% corn alcohol, more than twenty botanicals from over 10 countries, including Spain, Vietnam, Egypt, Romania, China, Indonesia, the Netherlands, Turkey, and even the United States, are added.

The Blue Gin is diluted with crystal-clear, pure water from the Alm mountain river. This spring water gives the Blue Gin its unparalleled aroma and mild flavor. When you drink it, it immediately brings to mind crystal-clear water, the blue sky, or even a cold autumn morning.

The first sip of this Blue Gin is very sharp and complex, with a spicy finish. Shortly after, the powerful flavor is surprisingly softened by floral notes. Although this beautiful gin contains a variety of botanicals, they blend harmoniously on your palate.

Taste & aroma: The aroma is very spicy, initially very sharp, followed by warm floral notes.
