Description
Building on the award-winning KIMERUD Gin, we are introducing a double-casked gin, "KIMERUD Hillside Aged Gin" 42% alc/vol.
Distilled in the same way as a "London Dry Gin".
The gin is aged in various oak barrels, old sherry casks and fine French oak barrels for a total of 6 months, all containing HÅVALDSEN Aquavit.
KIMERUD Hilside Aged Gin takes the finest flavors and aromas of KIMERUD Gin and HÅVALDSEN Aquavit, along with a touch of sweetness from the sherry, delicate brown sugar, and vanilla from the French oak barrels.
This creates a very complex and elegant gin that can be used both as a digestif and in various cocktails, including gin and tonics. It's also amazing with ginger beer and ice.
