The good acidity intensifies the wild red fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, and cranberry) combined with a touch of pink pepper spice and an intense finish. Delicious at any time and wonderful with spicy Asian cuisine, sushi, and spicy tapas. A house wine or second house wine for the hospitality industry, which also applies to the white and red wines.
