Description
Clos René, a vineyard of approximately 12 hectares east of Pomerol, is located in the "Graves" (gravel region). The cru belongs to the Garde-Lasserre family and has a fruity flavor with a solid structure and plenty of charm. Clos René is usually ready to drink within three years and can be aged for about 10 years (15 years in good vintages). The owner is very thriving, and prices remain attractive. Clos René is one of the best-selling Pomerols in Belgium.
