Don Papa Masskara is inspired by the vibrant annual "Festival of Smiles" on the Philippine island of Negros, better known as the "Masskara Festival." This exuberant festival is celebrated annually with a visual fanfare of colorful dance parades. Don Papa Masskara is an ode to both the festival and the remarkable quality and personality of locally cultivated sugarcane, the basis of Don Papa Rum.
