The maturation process takes place in first-fill oak casks, which creates an unparalleled character. Aromas of almond , vanilla, and ginger permeate the nose. These also emerge in the taste, which blends with light notes of pepper . You'll also detect a fruity hint of fresh pear . The alcohol content is 43%.
