Filliers Tangerine Gin 46° 50Cl

For the summer of 2013, master distiller Pedro Saez Del Burgo created a special seasonal edition featuring one special ingredient, Pedro's favorite fruit: the tangerine. Pedro selected high-quality fruits from Valencia, Spain, harvested between November and January. During these cold Belgian winter months, the tangerines are brought to the fifth-generation Filliers distillery, where they are distilled five times in copper pot stills.

Ingredients: mandarin, juniper berry, ginger, lavender blossoms, coriander seeds, angelica, calamus, fresh citrus fruits, cardamom, gentian root and hop cones

Taste & Aroma : Filliers Tangerine has a soft, fruity flavor with a distinct note of fresh orange woven into a blend of botanicals. Juniper is prominent, complemented by cardamom, which creates a full, warm taste. Notes of coriander and pepper give the gin a surprisingly spicy kick, while Belgian hops add a touch of bitterness. This Filliers Tangerine Seasonal Edition brings Spanish flair to your glass and will undoubtedly brighten up balmy summer evenings.

I prefer my mandarin to my heart in Valence. Tous les gins de Filliers sont distillés dans petit chaudron de 350 litres. Le cuivre à un effet purifiant au distillat. GOÛT & ARÔME : doux, fruit with goût frais d'orange and mandarine. La baie de genevrier est bien presente. And besides, la chaleur de cardamome, le punch de coriandre et de poivre, l'âcreté de houblon belge. 46% d'alcool.

TONIC : l'Espagne rencontre l'Amérique du Sud. Le Tonic Water is doux, with the addition of the subtle touches of orange combined with the goût de mandarine du gin. Les Paztizz tops ® sont des pétales comestibles du Koppert Cress with a goût d'anis doux.
