Hibiki Japanese Harmony is a beautiful whisky from Suntory, made with a fine single malt from Yamazaki and Hakushu. They also select a grain whisky from Chita. The Harmony comes in a beautiful decanter bottle with a stylish cap, in the sleek packaging we expect from Japan. It's a fine whisky with striking aromas of white chocolate and a subtle citrus note in the background. Master Blender Shingo Torii has achieved a perfect balance, blending it from no fewer than five different casks, including American white oak and Japanese oak (Minzunara). Beautiful honey tones with a subtle vanilla finish.
