Description
The Ardennes, this ancient mountain range, a plateau of forests, meadows, and valleys, takes its name from a forest, Arduenna Silva. In 54 BC, Julius Caesar described this forest massif as the largest in all of Gaul, using the term "Arduenna Silva."
Arduo means "height" in Celtic, so Arduenna Silva would translate as "wooded heights".
Arduenna gin is the dream of Martin and François, two young bon vivants and jenever lovers, to distill and bottle this beautiful region that is the Ardennes.
To experience a true journey into the heart of nature, Arduenna has concentrated the characteristic aromas of this region in its bottle. The subtle combination of the freshness of the tree, the sweetness of elderflower, and the roundness of the mirabelle plum will transport you to the heart of nature and the great outdoors.
To evoke its ancient Celtic roots and the famed Ardennes forests, Arduenna gin has been designed with a bottle that is both elegant and intriguing. Enjoy Arduenna gin on the rocks, in a cocktail, or with tonic water.
