At 47% ABV, this Blind Tiger Piper Cubeba is higher in alcohol than most gins, but this is precisely what makes it truly stand out and ensures that you can still taste it clearly after adding (dry) tonic or using it in a cocktail. Its character, derived from the tailed pepper combined with cardamom, orange, orange blossom, lavender, and Belgian hops, always comes into its own.

True purists will taste the Blind Tiger neat to experience its complexity and finesse.
When serving the Blind Tiger in a gin and tonic, it's best to use a dry Indian tonic topped with orange zest. It works very well because it tempers the gin's character, and the quinine in the tonic beautifully brings out the subtle citrus notes.
