Colombian Ortodoxy Gin, also known as Dictador Colombian White Aged Dry Gin, is made by Dictador. Ortodoxy is based on the formula of founder Dario Parra, the company's former president.
Ingredients: In addition to the sweet and fresh mint ingredients, this gin also contains herbs such as cinnamon, pepper and angelica to create a classic Dry Gin.
Taste & Aroma: The gin's nose balances the bitterness of the roots, the freshness of the botanicals, the sweet and sour notes of the berries and peel, and the warmth of the spices. The initial aromas of juniper and angelica are combined with mint, lemon, and pepper. The secondary aromas are of cinnamon, blueberry, and ginger.
