Connemara Peated captures the beauty of this region and revives its traditions. A whiskey crafted by one of Ireland's independent distilleries: Cooley Distillery, founded in the late 1980s to challenge the monopoly of Irish Distillers (owners of Midleton and, at the time, Bushmills).

The Cooley Distillery has quickly become a major player in the Irish whiskey market. Connemara has won several gold medals since 1996, including a double gold medal and the "Best of Irish" title at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2004. Traditional distillation methods combined with natural ingredients and years of oak casks help create an exceptional whiskey!
