An Italian organically distilled gin made with botanicals and natural essential oils, certified organic. Distillation takes place under vacuum at very low temperatures. A process that is the brilliant driving force behind this gin! A high concentration of all-natural aromas is finally blended with Alpine spring water.

Ideal for gin and tonic or fizz because of the citrus notes present in the tonic water and the slightly bitter-fresh finish of the sage. Perfect for martinis thanks to the presence of lemon oil.

TASTE : A perfect match for the aroma. A slightly bitter finish from the sage leaves and a perfect balance with the licorice root aftertaste.

Born from an idea by Paolo Dalla Mora, an entrepreneur in the fashion and spirits sectors, ENGINE celebrates an imaginary made of oil and fuel cans, motocross racing, and race cars, commemorating the great myths of the 1980s, such as the timeless Dodge Charger, the car christened General Lee in the hit TV series The Dukes of Hazzard.
