"I'd like to develop my own tonic, completely to my taste." This is how the story of Sergio Herman and Fever-Tree begins, at the opening table of Sergio's restaurant, 'The Jane,' two years ago. Charles Rolls & Tim Warillow, the British founders of the tonic brand Fever-Tree, were immediately won over by the idea and got to work with a box of herbs Sergio Herman gave them. Shortly after, they invited Sergio Herman to the Chelsea Botanical Garden in London, where a fever tree , the source of quinine, grows.

For the meeting, Sergio Herman brought some inspiration from Ibiza and after months of experimenting, testing and tasting, a favourite remained: a tonic based on fresh clementines and spicy cinnamon.

Fruity and fresh, full of flavour and delicious in a cocktail or a long drink.
