Filliers Dry Gin 28 46° 50cl

The recipe goes back to a 1928 creation by Firmin Filliers. Half a bottle of the test distillate was saved, allowing current Filliers master distiller Pedro Saez del Burgo to revive the old formula with 28 herbs. After two years, Filliers Dry Gin 28 was born: a premium Flemish gin that ties in style with London Dry Gin, but also has a unique Flemish character.

Taste: Remarkably soft, fruity, and floral. The floral character comes from the most Flemish ingredient: hops. Other botanicals include lavender blossom, orange blossom, coriander seeds, angelica, gentian root, ginger, cardamom, calamus, and fresh citrus fruits. 46% alcohol.

Garnish: Lavender and hops.

Tonic: Fentimans Tonic enhances the gin's broad herbal palette and freshness. It balances fresh lemongrass and zesty juniper. The garnish references two prominent botanicals in the gin.
