Forest Dry Gin Winter 45° 50Cl

Forest Dry Gin is a Belgian gin distilled near Antwerp (Ranst). It's 100% Belgian gin made with locally sourced ingredients, and the distillation takes place on the estate itself. The Forest estate encompasses 3.5 hectares of land where "Forest herbs" such as bergamot, coriander, angelica, as well as pears, apples, and lavender, are produced organically. The base distillate, a blend of grains and water, is distilled four times in a pot still. This is used as the base for all Forest Dry Gins. The herbs, plants, and fruit are macerated and distilled separately. Finally, all the separate distillates are blended together. Everything then rests for a few weeks to achieve the perfect blend.

A dominant juniper flavor is characteristic of all Forest Dry Gins, but each gin will have its own distinct seasonal flavor depending on the season. Winter Gin primarily uses herbs and citrus fruits. Forest Dry Gins are unsweetened. This is thanks to the expertise of the master distiller and the use of only locally sourced, organic ingredients, which give Forest Dry Gin its smooth and rounded flavor.

Custom Tonic : Schweppes Premium Tonic Pink Pepper, Thomas Henry Tonic

Serving : Fill a copa glass with ice cubes, pour in 4.5cl of FOREST DRY GIN WINTER and add 15cl of your favourite tonic. Garnish with grapefruit zest and 3 juniper berries, one of which can be lightly crushed.
