Gingerlo – Ghent aperitif drink based on ginger
Thanks to the botanicals ginger root, lahara, and mint, Gingerlo gets its earthy and citrus notes and a spicy touch. Earthy and citrusy notes in the mouth, floral accents in the middle, and the spiciness of ginger in the finish.
The ingredients are separated into groups and then subjected to a four-week maceration. This is a purely physical process in which botanicals are exposed to organic alcohol for several weeks to extract the natural flavor of an ingredient. After maceration, these are filtered and finally assembled.
Gingerlo is a "low spirit," ideal for a cocktail with a lower alcohol content, either neat with ice or chilled! You can also add Gingerlo to a hot drink like tea!
Each bottle is sold in a beautiful gift box made of recycled cardboard and includes a recipe card.
