Hentho Gin "The Noah Edition" 44° 50 cl

HenTho Gin is the result of a shared passion for gin and pure artisanal products between father and son, Hendrik and Thomas Coenen. For this purpose, they founded the Antwerp Gin Company in early 2015. They believe that as a small company with the necessary expertise, but above all, with love and passion for the craft, they can deliver valuable products.

They distill their authentic artisanal gins themselves in our micro-distillery in Antwerp. They use three traditional, handcrafted 100-liter copper stills imported from Portugal. While the macerate is slowly distilled into an exceptionally strong, clear gin—during what we like to call delightful father-son moments—we make plans for the future and experiment with new recipes.

The new HenTho gin variant, The Noah Edition, is a clear London Dry gin they developed to commemorate the birth of their first son/grandson Noah, who may one day become the third generation of distillers in the family. The Noah Edition has been added to their permanent range.

Ingredients: Juniper berries, coriander, ginger, lemon verbena, fresh lemongrass, fresh kefir leaves, and angelica. They keep the other botanicals a "family secret."

Taste & aroma: The Noah Edition has a citrus flavor

Garnish: A stalk of bruised lemongrass and possibly a few wafer-thin slices of ginger
