Perfect serve:
- Choose a large glass with a wide base so that the ingredients mix well
- Fill the glass 3/4 full with large ice cubes (do not use crushed ice as it melts too quickly)
- Add some lemon zest, a few juniper berries, black peppercorns and a sprig of rosemary
- Pour 4 cl HTK Belgian Dry Gin and dilute with Schweppes Premium Mixer Original Tonic
- Mix gently to release all the flavors but don't get rid of all the bubbles
- Sit comfortably and enjoy
