Jameson Single Pot Still whiskey embodies all the best aspects of authentic Irish whiskey. This is a pot still whiskey, meaning a blend of malted and unmalted barley is used for distillation. Triple distillation is, of course, the hallmark of Irish whiskey. Jameson Pot Still whiskey is matured in no fewer than five types of cask: virgin oak casks (Irish, European, and American oak), ex-bourbon casks, and ex-sherry casks.
