Have you heard of the Dutch "kopstoot" (headbutt)? It's a drinking tradition from our northern neighbors, where you combine beer with jenever. This Kever Genever has a light yellow appearance. It's very malty, with floral citrus notes from hops and a sweetness from pineapple distillate.
