OPIUS is the first range of Belgian non-alcoholic spirits. The three varieties—Nigredo, Albedo, and Amarum—are each handmade in an artisanal distillery near Ghent. Opius For each batch, the distiller selects only the finest herbs and botanicals from local regions. Master Distiller Prof. B. Sas based his recipes on secret manuscripts found in ancient alchemical archives dating back to 1316. He deciphered a unique combination of three different techniques, focusing on temperature and timing. As a result, the spirits are complex and balanced in flavor, with a robust body and a surprising finish.

- Shake well before use. Opius is packed with botanical ingredients, which naturally causes sediment to form. Shaking the bottle well to dissolve the sediment will ensure optimal flavor.
- Available in three varieties: Nigredo, Albedo & Amarum.
- Can be stored for up to 6 months after opening - 1 year if closed.
- Store out of sunlight in a dark place.
Serving tip
- 50 ML OPIUS Amarum, 100 ML Indian Tonic Water, garnish with a lemon zest.
