Sipsmith Independent Distillers was founded in London in 2009. After years of gaining experience in the spirits industry, a group of friends decided to brew their own gin, driven by their passion for artisanal spirits. They call themselves sip-smiths, which literally translates to "nip-smiths." The smiths still use a traditional production process, resulting in what's known as one-shot gin. In this process, the botanicals are distilled along with the spirit, and the herbs are used only once for a single batch. Except for the ingredients, this is a truly unique London Dry gin. Vodka is used as the base for this gin. Sipsmith Gin has won numerous awards for its taste and craftsmanship.

Taste & Aroma: Floral notes on the nose, reminiscent of a summer meadow, complemented by the round aroma of juniper and the freshness of citrus. Flavors of juniper, lemon tart, and orange marmalade define this gin. Sipsmith Gin finishes like a classic London Dry: dry with hints of juniper and lemon.
