This beautiful red-coloured Malfy Con Arancia Gin is expertly distilled by the Vergnano family, using juniper berries, Sicilian blood oranges and 6 other botanicals including coriander and angelica.
The blood orange is a highly sought-after citrus variety in Sicily. Harvested in November, they develop their beautiful red color during the cooler Mediterranean nights.
The peel of the blood orange is first soaked in alcohol and then pressed. This macerate is then distilled along with juniper berries and six other botanicals (vacuum distillation).
