Malfy Gin Rosa 70cl is a striking Italian pink gin that combines the best of various Mediterranean ingredients. The botanical selection is based on Sicilian pink grapefruit and both juniper berries and rhubarb from Italy. Coriander, cassia, angelica, orris root, and lemon zest are also used.

The locally grown fruit used to make this pink gin ripens in a Mediterranean climate near the coast. The fruit is exceptionally full and juicy, and this is wonderfully expressed in the character of Malfy Gin Rosa.

Malfy Gin Rosa is delicious on its own in a large glass filled with ice, but it also makes a delicious pink gin and tonic in no time. Mix it with Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic for a wonderfully aromatic and vibrant mix. Or pair it with a premium Indian Tonic for a more refreshing note. When mixing, maintain a 1:3 ratio: one part spirit to three parts tonic.
