Alfred Sylvius from the Netherlands distilled this beautiful gin according to an old recipe. Sylvius Dry Gin is intended as a tribute to the father of gin and recalls in flavor and aroma a classic from several centuries ago. This gin is made in small quantities or even in micro-batch formats. A gin with meticulous attention to detail.
Ingredients : juniper berries, coriander, angelica, caraway, star anise, lavender, fresh lemon and orange peels.
Flavor and Aroma : A 45% alcohol content accentuates the delicious floral and spicy notes. Sylvius is very refreshing and has a fruity aroma combined with a sweet flavor. It captivates the taste buds thanks to a perfect combination of herbs and spring water from the Hunze Valley.
Tonic : The 1724 Tonic is highly recommended.
