Description
This local gin is produced entirely by hand.
The distillation process takes place at the Coupure in Ghent, the finishing takes place at Dok Noord.
Geert, Yonko's distiller, spent a year experimenting with the unique flavor of hemp plants. This resulted in an initial microbatch of 420 bottles of Yonko Gin, which has been available since April 2019.
This citrus gin contains a refined flavour combination of bergamot, kaffir lime, bitter orange and 7 bittersweet botanicals.

This gin, made in Ghent, has a fruity taste and a deep, nutty aftertaste.
