Description
A gin that defies all the traditions. The base alcohol comes from grapes. According to the creators, the first juniper spirits also started in the thirteenth century from grape distillate. In June, they pick delicate, exceptionally aromatic grape blossoms in the vineyard. Nouaison refers to this flowering period. The grapes then still resemble hard peas. Nine botanicals are then added, which soak in the grape alcohol for two to five days. The grape in the alcohol is the acclaimed Ugni Blanc, and the gin is distilled in Cognac. The result is daring and controversial, according to the creators, like Coco Chanel, the Centre Pompidou, or molecular cuisine.
TASTE : Distinct floral, but also strong citrus and herbal aromas. 43.9% alcohol.
TONIC : A tricky exercise. This gin leans towards a flavored spirit. You should definitely try it neat. The Indi Tonic plays on the bitterness and citrus flavors present in the gin.
GARNISH : Red globe table grape.
