This gin is a true collector's item among gin enthusiasts, not only because of its limited availability but also because of its high quality.
The Raw was developed by four friends, each at the top of their field. By combining their expertise, they created this premium gin with a unique production process.
Ingredients: Juniper berries, lime, lemon , bay leaf, kaffir lime leaves, black cardamom seeds (not to be confused with the green ones: the black ones give a light smokiness, the green ones give more of a fresh note), coriander seeds
Taste & aroma: The citrus notes of lime and lemon come through nicely
Garnish: bay leaf and a zest of lemon or lime
Adapted tonic: Fever-Tree Tonic or Aqua Monaco
