Uniquely handcrafted in our hidden distillery, we matured our Blind Tiger for up to six months in used American oak Bourbon barrels to create this refined limited edition gin.
The lingering rich, velvety and complex nose of
lemon, vanilla, honey and oak, gives way to a warming softness of buttery orange and floral hints on the palate, with a lingering bourbon-like spiciness.
Blind Tiger Liquid Gold should be tasted slowly, either bottle proof or over ice. This is more than just a regular barrel-aged gin.
