From juniper berries, organic kumquats, and other fresh citrus fruits to cocoa, all ingredients in CALA KUMQUAT GIN are premium and 100% natural.
The organically certified kumquats used come from the orchards of "La Finca Rio Jara" in southern Andalusia. These orchards are owned by a Belgian friend of the creator of CALA KUMQUAT GIN and have been cultivated for over 50 years with the utmost respect for the environment and biodiversity. The kumquats are hand-picked at full ripeness, when their aromas and flavors are at their peak.
