Boulard Grand Solage Pays d'Auge Calvados: always double distilled, which stands for quality and complexity. Grand Solage is aged for three to five years in enormous 4,500-liter oak barrels. The flavor is fruity, intensely apple-like with a light vanilla note. Ideal for long drinks or cooking; for soaking raisins in apple pie or adding to a Calvados sauce with a dish.
