THE SINGLE CASK COLLECTION

Plantation Single Cask rums are limited editions of double-matured Haute Couture rums. All Plantation rums are matured in two stages: first in the tropics, where they are aged in bourbon barrels, and then at the Château de Bonbonnet in France, where they are aged in Ferrand casks. Plantation Single Cask rums are then further matured in carefully selected beer, wine, or spirit casks, each selected to enhance the rum's unique characteristics. Each Single Cask rum follows its own path to greatness, and each bottle is personalized and numbered. Only a few casks of these unique reserve rums are bottled each year, making them prized by collectors.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: Elegant and balanced profile of wood, allspice, and fruit, a lovely blend of honey, orange blossom, blackcurrant, coconut, and vanilla. It then evolves into banana, apricot, and nuts with some floral notes.

Palate: Rich, with first sips revealing hints of varnish, pineapple, and plum tart. The next sips are even fruitier, with hints of sour cherry and gooseberry, along with delicate rose petals balanced by more peppery notes.
