Silent Pool Gin 43° 70 Cl

Silent Pool gin is an English creation by Silent Pool distillers. A group of friends with a shared passion decided to produce an artisanal gin near the Surrey Hills, a stone's throw from London. The result is a complex yet smooth floral-fruity gin with beautiful citrus notes and a sweet hint of honey. With an unusually high number of botanicals—24 in total—this gin is distilled using an equally unusual method, and in small batches, in a copper still (made by Arnold Holstein, a leading figure in this field) heated with locally sourced wood. A combination of maceration, distillation, and vapor infusion creates the unique end result with pear, honey, fruit, and a peppery dryness.
