Description
The Plantation Pineapple was first presented at "Tales of Cocktail" in New Orleans in 2014. Alexandre Gabriel developed this rum in collaboration with spirit and cocktail historian David Wondrich. The response from the bartending community was so overwhelming that Maison Ferrand produced a second batch for the US in 2015. Demand in Europe, however, continued to rise, and Alexandre Gabriel eventually decided to release the product there as well, albeit in limited quantities.
