A very fine blend of Barbadian rums, aged for five years in bourbon barrels in the Caribbean and then refined in old French oak barrels at Château de Bonbonnet. The juicy nose, typical of the Barbadian style, reveals notes of toasted coconut, fudge, and oaky vanilla.
