This Piper-Heidsick rosé champagne, called Rosé Sauvage, is truly distinctive. It has a distinctive and dynamic color, thanks to a high Pinot Noir content. Red wine was first made from this Pinot Noir grape before being added to the champagne. The Rosé Sauvage is aged for 24 months before being released by Piper-Heidsick.
