The Pastis Ardent
Belgian aperitif based on star anise, liquorice and aromatic plants.
Pastis Ardent is an organic* pastis made with 11 plants. Its composition gives it both a unique spicy note and an exceptionally refreshing dimension.
In addition to star anise and liquorice, a dozen plants (mugwort, angelica, coriander, verbena, etc.) provide sweet and slightly spicy notes.
This alliance will seduce confirmed lovers of anise-flavored aperitifs as well as convince novices.
At the beginning of the palate we find the taste of star anise which then gives way to a fine vegetal note before, as the alcohol evaporates in the mouth, leaving an almost summery floral taste.
Tasting notes
The Pastis Ardent is best drunk by mixing 3 to 5 parts
Add chilled water to each portion of Pastis Ardent.
